This Is The Kit is the project of Kate Stables, whose third album Bashed Out (released 6 April) secures her position of one of the brighter lights in contemporary folk. Hailing from Winchester, Kate lived in Bristol for some time before moving to Paris, and it is her lovely voice which sets her music apart.
